And I Can See You Now
16:06

"And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
No more magic carpet rides,(no more) lovers mystified.
I'll be taking the train to the end of this stage. I'll find I'll be careful of who I talk. I'll find my way through the forest and earn some courage. I'll find in the green cover, sheltered by your shadow.
And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
Your eye popped, fell from 14 feet, right into my walking hands. Caught you in the tree. You were trying to have yourself had but the moon stopped you saying "Honey, Honey, not too soon."
And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
Muscle-less, a carried cleaver with the knowledge of you known. Time parceled in your marrow, marked a depth, its history in your bones, resulting: Motionless. A stiffening truth to keep you in place. A stiffening truth to keep you in place. A stiffening truth to keep you in place. A stiffening truth to keep you in place.
And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
And I can see you now.
Giving me that look, right in my hands.
, right in my hands.
, right in my hands.
, right in my hands.
You must of been borrowing someone else's eyes.
You must of been borrowing someone else's eyes
because you are coming through with flash floods,
riots, I can't calm this avalanche.
Because you are coming through with flash floods,
riots, I can't calm this avalanche.
I can't imagine you in this moment.
I can't imagine you in this moment.
I got new glasses. I got new glasses. I got new glasses. I got new glasses. I got new glasses.
I can't imagine you in this moment.
I can't imagine you in this moment.
Because you are coming through with flash floods,
riots, I can't calm this avalanche.
Because you are coming through with flash floods,
riots, I can't calm this avalanche.
I can't imagine you in this moment.
I can't imagine you in this moment
because all your other lovers have left you.
because all your other lovers have left you.
because all your other lovers have left you.
because all your other lovers have left you.
Coming to me dry as a desert asking for water.
Coming to me dry as a desert asking for water.
all your other lovers have left you.
all your other lovers have left you.
Coming to me dry as a desert asking for water.
Coming to me dry as a desert asking for water.
all your other lovers have left you.
all your other lovers have left you.
I just want you better.
I can't be your lover.
I just want you better.
I can't be your lover.
I just want you better.
I can't be your lover.
I just want you better.
I can't be your lover.
I just want you better.
I can't be your lover.
I just want you better.
I can't be your lover.
I just want you better.
I can't be your lover.
I just want you better.
I can't be your lover.
I just want you better.
I can't be your lover.
I just want you better.
I can't be your lover."

"small things" take two
13:23
|
|||
Cupped in your palm, the shrieks of fear, like rabbits multiply
you have never heard a rabbit scream before. Never,
until now, and you hear it dim, quiet at first.
spots of sunsets in your eyes --
the brief keening cry of an animal.
The heartbeats increase until a hummingbird flies in your hands,
you can feel the veins pulsing, the beats of a thousand and one nights,
in a single terrified second. But still you stroke the soft white fur.
Mouth the snake charmer's weird lullaby, croon a mad slow song.
The quietened footsteps of death will fence it into quiescence: don gloves,
preach in the wilderness, wear paint on your face, resemble a tree.
Small beasts will come to stay with you. How then
you will believe that you possess a heart! But,
the seasons, the slumber of the living world;
to feel that small soft body miss, shivering,
coerced into the framework of an unprotected embrace --
pulsing faintly, momentarily; now gone.

I say "hi" to the morning 'cause I like what it brings me. Morning seems to have always been my friend and I like the way it unravels the nude...and the birds you should listen to what they are telling you. They are the prescient poets of the world, the new world news. They are brought to you in the morning, before the day and its unsympathetic turning. Before the day and its unsympathetic turning.
...And I just get this feeling because I get this feeling. Don't tell me its foolish because it comes for a reason and it's because of the way we are living. Your subjectivity seems to get to me and I'll just wipe it like I told you... and I do with a little of this patience.
All this keeps on adding up in my brain.
The multitudes talk to me like they are all the same.
...and they aren't because you can't understand me when I am playing all of these (roles), when I am caught in-between the proper way to be.
